Built for Variety

Tropics in the Tundra?

Officially opening its doors in 1915, the Como Park Conservatory has been home to plants and flowers from all over the world. Did you know that Nagasaki is one of St. Paul’s Sister Cities? As a token of friendship, Nagasaki custom designed a traditional Japanese garden for the city of St. Paul. This garden is a part of the conservatory! You can find thorn trees from Africa and palms from the Philippines. There are also yearly flower shows that boast orchids, poinsettias, and roses! The Como Conservatory is free, but donations are always appreciated. If you are in St. Paul and are looking for a tropical escape, we highly recommend this stop.

It is all in the design

One of the greatest parts about the conservatory is the massive biodiversity. You have plants and trees from all around the globe. How does one indoor space accommodate the optimal growing conditions for so many different plant species? It is all in the design. Much like our eDiscovery services, everything is built for a specific purpose to accommodate a wide variety of potential project requests. You can get documents scanned and have data from an iPhone collected under the same roof.
